| JUST IN: The "Savior Man" single is in rotation on several radio stations around the country and debuted in the Top 20 out of 100 on several large market stations already! We are also in rotation in Canada! It was just released this week via the "Pick Of The Litter 2" compilation album from HM Records. Please call your local hard rock / alternative format radio station and request the song "s@vior man" by Scourge be played! Check out the reporting stations from Pure Rock Report to find out which station near you is playing this type of music. With a temporary lull in their concert schedule, Scourge has been focusing on their songwriting. They are currently working on new material for shows & for future recordings, and will be touring more extensively this summer & fall. Scourge has finished recording their song "s@vior man" at Ardent Studios in Memphis, TN. It rocks! The song was produced by Scourge, and engineered & mixed by Skidd Mills. It will be featured on the upcomping HM compilation disc, "Pick Of The Litter," to be released at Cornerstone this summer. The song is also currently being submitted for radio play to stations across the country, as well as other compilation discs for exposure purposes. If you would like to hear "s@vior man" played on your local radio station (provided they play hard, alternative, Christian rock), please 1) contact your radio station and request the song; and 2) contact Scourge with information about your radio station in order that they may get out a disc to them. Scourge was recently picked to be on the HM Magazine "Pick Of The Litter" compilation disc which will be released at Cornerstone this summer. To show what they had in them (and maybe to attract label attention) Scourge re-recorded their smash song "savior man" from their E.P, "strive." They recorded at Ardent Studios in Memphis, TN. The song was engineered & mixed by Skidd Mills (Audio A., Grammatrain, etc.), and produced by Scourge. When you hear it, your ears will thank you. Sampling, looping, X-tra crunchy guitars, vocal overdubs (and a really cool Alice-N-Chains-like bridge), the works. |
